"The Prairie Acre Restoration Project"

For my senior project in Environmental Studies, I created a short documentary over the Prairie Acre Restoration Project on the KU Campus. I interviewed Professors Bob Hagen and Kelly Kindscher to learn more about the history, ecology, and importance of this beautiful prairie remnant.

"Grants4Plants Windstone Farms"

I was hired to make a video for a local Lawrence, KS farm applying for a grant in the summer of 2020. The farm utilizes Permaculture techniques and hosts numerous community and educational activities.

"Seamless"

A  fun, short film exercise for my University of Kansas FMS Intermediate Production class in 2020.

"Copyright"

A video educating University of Kansas students and staff about different kinds of Copyright and licenses, as well as use of Creative Commons works. My role was to turn a script into a full animated video, including audio voiceover, as a part of my job at the University of Kansas Libraries.

"Why Cite"

Another piece of work from my position at the University of Kansas Libraries, this video explains why students should cite their sources on academic papers. 

"Vatican in Exile"

A short documentary over a man in Topeka, KS who claims to be the real Pope of the Catholic Church and has begun to gather a following through his internet outreach. Made for a Non-Fiction production class at the University of Kansas in 2019.

"The MR2"

A short feature of a classic car for a 2019 Non-Fiction Production class at the University of Kansas in 2019.

"The Growing City: Plant-Based Restaurants in KC"

This 2018 short documentary is focused on the growing vegan and vegetarian restaurant scene in Kansas City, featuring interviews with restaurant owners and how they've seen the city change over the years.

"Brookridge Reading Program"

This video was a part of a high school project in 2017 that follows a new reading curriculum at Brookridge Elementary School in Shawnee, KS.
